My Work At Lubrizol

At Lubrizol, I’ve played a key role in modernizing and elevating our global social media presence–much of which began behind the scenes. From building scalable processes to strengthening governance and aligning our channels with a refreshed brand identity, I’ve helped create a stronger and more strategic foundation for social.

As part of our March 2025 rebrand, I developed an entirely new suite of Canva templates to bring consistency, clarity, and visual cohesion across every region and business unit.

I also led the shift toward a social-first mindset, especially for video and storytelling, enabling teams to think proactively about content that performs in today’s digital landscape.

While this transformation is still underway as of December 2025, the progress is undeniable showing growth year-over-year of +60% in engagements, +68% in post link clicks, +54% net audience growth, +25% in reactions, +53% in comments, +62% in shares, and +300% in saves.

Plus, with such a large audience number in the corner, I love highlighting that people trust me with a crowd that could fill some of the biggest stadiums in the world ;)

One fun challenge in making our content is that we can’t name our customers! Below are examples of how to make a point without naming anyone. I also enjoy turning complex information into simple, clear content. Even when our audience is technical, they use social media to relax—not to read hard, heavy stuff. Like Michael Scott from The Office says, I like asking our chemists and engineers to “explain this like I’m five” and then build up from there!

Every polished post comes from a clear plan. I improved Lubrizol’s processes, rules, approvals, and tools, created new templates, made toolkits, and led trainings to help our team work faster, smarter, and stay on brand. These steps keep things running smoothly and make great content happen.
